Our Service

We provide digital eSIM data bundles for use abroad. After purchase, you will typically receive the eSIM within minutes via email. Our product is a one-time purchase without subscription or automatic renewal.

Orders and Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive an email with instructions and a QR code to install your eSIM. Make sure your device is compatible with eSIM before purchase.

Prices and Payment

All prices listed include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made in advance through the payment methods offered on our website. These may include iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Right of Withdrawal and Refund

Because eSIMs are a digital service that is delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once delivery and installation has started.

Haven't activated your eSIM yet and no data has been used? Then you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Contact us via hallo@esimopreis.nl. We'll take care of it for you. We will process your request within a maximum of 2 business days.

Device Compatibility

The buyer is responsible for checking before purchase whether their device is suitable for eSIM technology and compatible with our offering. If you discover after purchase that your device is not compatible with our eSIM, please contact us within 14 days via hallo@esimopreis.nl. We will then look for a suitable solution together.

Use and Responsibility

The user is responsible for correct installation of the eSIM and compliance with local laws and regulations in the country of use. eSIMs can only be installed once and be active on a single device at a time. They can be transferred between devices if both the old and new device allow this. Sharing eSIM credentials with third parties is not permitted.

Liability

We are not liable for damage due to incorrect installation, device incompatibility, network disruptions, or other external factors. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount the customer has paid for the eSIM in question.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our service relies heavily on the mobile provider in the country of use. We cannot provide warranties regarding speed, coverage, or connection quality, as these factors are outside our direct control.

Third-Party Services

We work with various partners to offer service around the world. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for services provided directly by these partners.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations as a result of circumstances reasonably beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government measures, disruptions in telecommunications or internet connections, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate our services to a user in case of fraudulent use, violation of these terms, or use that contravenes applicable legislation. No refund will be due in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including texts, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Bouwhuis IT or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to use, copy, or distribute this content without our express permission.

Privacy

For information on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the content of our services or prices at any time, without prior notice. Agreements already concluded will be executed under the conditions valid at the time of purchase.

You must agree to the current terms and conditions each time you place an order. It is your responsibility to read these terms before placing an order.

Applicable Law and Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes. In case of disputes, we will first try to resolve them by mutual agreement. If this is not successful, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Overijssel.
