Your privacy is important to us. In this privacy statement, we explain what data we collect, why we collect it, and what your rights are.

eSIMopReis.nl is a trade name of Bouwhuis IT.

What data do we collect?

When you place an order through our website, we process the following data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Country/destination for which you are purchasing an eSIM
• Selected data bundle
• Payment information (processed via Stripe, we do not store payment details ourselves)

Additionally, we use Umami software for anonymous visitor statistics. This is done without cookies and without storing personal data or building profiles. The data is stored on our own server.

Measuring ad performance

If you reach us through a Google ad, the page address contains a click ID (gclid, gbraid or wbraid). It lets us see which ad led to a sale.

We store that click ID only if you agree beforehand. If you arrive via an ad, we ask you once whether we may keep the click ID in your browser for 90 days. If you decline, nothing is stored and we do not ask again. We do record your choice itself, so that we can honour it. Visitors who do not arrive via an ad never see this question.

If you agree and then place an order, we send the click ID to Google Ads along with the order value and time. We do not send your name or email address, nor any hashed version of them. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site data in your browser or dropping us a message.

How do we use your data?

We use your data to:

• Process your order and send you the eSIM
• Keep you informed about your order
• Help you if you have a question or a problem

We do not send marketing emails. You only receive messages from us about your order.

For processing payments, we use Stripe as our payment processor. Only the necessary data required for the payment transaction is shared.

For the delivery of your eSIM, we work with various partners worldwide. They process data about your device, such as the IMEI number, but we do not share personal data with them.

Your rights

You always have the right to:

• View what data we have about you
• Have your data modified or deleted
• Object to the use of your data
